Hi, just dropping you a line to say what very good customer service I received from the lady who answered the phone to me yesterday( sorry I forget her name).

She was very helpful when I enquired about sizing and colours of your samples. I have now purchased the Navy LI from your sale section.  I posted a link to your website on the clothing forum of which I am a moderator, OFFHAND. Some of the lads on there have placed orders, one having already received his item today, after ordering yesterday, which impressed him. Thank you again, and keep up the good work, Antony

 

Hi, I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to what I can only describe as a first class service.  Setting aside the fact that the garment is an absolute quality garment which exceeded my expectations by some distance, the service from the team at Crojack was exceptional. From speed at processing my initial inquiry, the order and to receive the jacket this morning was a more than pleasant surprise! Many more well known brands and retailers would do well to look at you for a reference as to how to win customers. I’ll certainly be a returning customer. Keep up the good work!

I thought I'd take a few minutes to say the 2 jackets I ordered the other day have arrived and I have to say they are stunning.

Believe me I've bought Barbour-Belstaff-Stone Island-CP-Lacoste to name a few and your garments are up there with the best.

The added sparkle of getting them in a sample sale always gives me a buzz.

I posted a few pics and a link on my facebook page and within minutes it was going crackers wanting to know what and where it was from.

I also use the message board 80s Casuals--I will also be singing your praises from the roof tops on there
